Returns
We want you to love what you bring home. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived in, unpacked and repacked with care. To start a return, just reach out to us with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps. Please note that vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or not as described — every piece we carry has its own history, and small imperfections are part of that story rather than a flaw.

Condition Disputes
Every listing includes an honest description of an item's condition, along with photos showing any notable wear, marks, or age-related character. If your item arrives and doesn't match what was described — for example, damage that wasn't disclosed, or a piece that isn't as pictured — reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right, whether that's a replacement, a refund, or a partial credit depending on the situation.

Authenticity
We're careful with our language so you always know what you're getting. Vintage pieces are typically 20–99 years old; antiques are 100 years or older; collectibles refer to items sought after for their design, maker, or rarity (like Blue Sky Clayworks or CornerRuby pieces); and designer items are attributed only when we can confirm the maker or brand. If we're ever unsure of an exact age or origin, we say so plainly rather than guess.
